It was not until mediumship became part of my life that meditation became a practice. Until that point, I had tried to meditate here and there, but my hamster wheel of a mind would never seem to let me settle. The sudden awakening into mediumship was a psychological shock, to say the least. The first couple of years were tough, and my life was turned upside down. Meditation is how I sorted my way through those early days.

Turning to meditation was a way for me to gain clarity, understanding and experience many more profound spiritual events. Within meditation, I met loving Guides, Angelic Beings and Energies in the other realms that helped to shape my understanding of this world and beyond, and beyond.  …and beyond.

I am so grateful today to have the gift of meditation be part of my life. It is a tool one can take anywhere they go and access any time it is needed or desired. Meditation is touted by many to have a wide range of benefits: A reduction of anxiety and depression, increase in clarity of mind and memory, aiding with sleep issues, pain reduction and increased health in body systems due to stress reduction and promotion of healthy hormonal response to name a few.

Mindfulness has also become a natural transition with my mediumship. Learning to live in the moment and moving through life one day at a time has released me from an older, chaotic, way of being both internally and externally. I have found a new way of living in the world. You need not be a spiritual medium to learn how to release from worry and fears, gain clarity and peace even when solutions are not readily available. The spiritual journey is personal to you and your path is created by your own experience, choices and discoveries. Your own relationship to Spirit Guides, Angelic forms and your own soul is encouraged.

It is my absolute pleasure to guide others in one-on-one sessions or in groups through meditation and mindfulness practices for the multitudes of purposes it serves.
